We are excited to share an upcoming opportunity designed to support one of the most critical seasons in an NP's career: the transition to practice.

Florida Nurse Practitioners' NP Boot Camp is intentionally structured to reinforce and expand the clinical and professional foundation established during NP education. While NP school builds diagnostic reasoning and clinical competence, this experience focuses on translating that preparation into confident, real-world practice - particularly within Florida's regulatory and practice environment.

In addition to strengthening applied clinical decision-making, topics include:

• Professionalism in advanced practice
• Contract negotiation strategies
• Building and refining a competitive CV
• Navigating role transition
• Billing and coding essentials
• Time management in clinical settings
• Laws and rules pertaining to APRN practice
• Risk reduction and professional protection

 Our goal is to ensure that new and early-career NPs step into practice not only clinically

prepared, but professionally equipped and protected.
